THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTING THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AND THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE
THE MINISTER 0F FINANCE,
Considering :
- a. that the Indonesian Government and Mercy Corps signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU);
- b. that based on a recommendation of the State Secretariat, Mercy Corps can be stipulated as an international organization;
- c. that based on the considerations as meant in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Seventh Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/ 2002 concerning procedures from exempting the import of goods for the need of international agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia from import duty and excise;
In view of :
- 1. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
- 2. Law No. 11/1995 on excise affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
- 3. Presidential Decree No. 187/M/2001;
- 4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on procedures from exempting the import of goods for the need of international agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia from import duty and excise as already amended the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 69/PMK.04/2005;
DECIDES:
To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTING THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AND THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE.
Article I
To amend Point IV of Attachment I to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 by supplementing one point, namely point 29 so as to entirely read as follows:

Article II
The regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
